EPE (
focally or extensively), intraprostatic incision (IPI), surgical margin positivity (PSM) in the presence of IPI, and PSM in the presence of EPE are the parameters which are commonly used in RP reports besides the identification of tumor characteristics such as grade, volume, pathological stage, and surgical margin status.
These structures were coated with the endothelium only
focally activated and did not show significant alterations.
Further on immunohistochemistry, tumour showed CK, Chromogranin A, NSE in epithelial component; CD99
focally positive in epithelial component; Vimentin diffusely positive in stromal and
focally positive in epithelial component; Ki67
focally high in epithelial component; Myf4 was negative.
It was seen highly nuclear positivity with estrogen receptor (ER) (Figure 5),
focally weak nuclear positivity with progesterone receptor (PR) (Figure 6),
focally cytoplasmic positive immunoreactivity with GCDFP-15 (Figure 7), intracytoplasmic reaction with CK 7 and positive membranous reaction with E-cadherin.
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peel is an effective and inexpensive peeling agent that can be
focally applied on atrophic icepick acne scars as it causes coagulation of epidermal and dermal proteins, and necrosis of collagen up to the upper reticular dermis.6 In a study conducted by Lee et al.6 high concentration of TCA (100%) was applied on icepick acne scars showing that healing occurred more rapidly and with fewer complications.
In these cases, resuscitation and surgical treatment alone was insufcient and unsuccessful, hence an approach to
focally treat the portal venous bleed was undertaken.
The immunohistochemical findings showed that CD117 was positive [Figure 1]b, of DOG1 was
focally positive, and desmin, SMA, CD34, S-100, SOX10, and p53 were negative, and Ki-67 was 20%+ [Figure 1]c and 1d] suggesting high risk.{Figure 1}

Cerebellar folia were globally attenuated with a
focally extensive focus of encephalomalacia (Fig 4A).
Immunohistochemical staining was
focally reactive for both S-100 and SMA.
The tumor cells were
focally positive for desmin [Figure 3] and negative for CD117, CD34, DOG-1, and activin receptor-like kinase (ALK-1) protein.
