Les, from Hurley, Warwickshire, is an expert in
hapkido, the Korean art of self-defence.
Presented by Harriet Johnson, criminal justice instructor who has a second-degree black belt in
hapkido and a first-degree black belt in tae kwon do.
He is a senior black belt in the tao wu hsian hua (way of infinite transformation) system, which incorporates comprehensive aspects of tae kwon do, karate,
hapkido, kung fu, and tai chi.
